The Centro Legal de la Raza created the Diversity Legal Pipeline (DLP) to help undergraduate students of color gain a better understanding of the law school application process, LSAT exam, careers in law, law school, and legal persuasive writing. There is no cost to participate in the Diversity Legal Pipeline! The DLP will be held at Bernard E. Witkin Law Library in Oakland. This opportunity is open to all regardless of immigration status.
Here are the eligibility requirements:
1). Candidate must have completed at least one year of community college or university at the time of application. All college graduates are encouraged to apply.
2). Must reside in California. Priority will be given to those currently attending a community college or university in the San Francisco Bay Area.
3). Must attend the entire week of program from July 11, 2016 to July 15, 2016.
The deadline to apply is May 20, 2016
