UC Merced is hiring a coordinator to provide assessment, counseling, and advising to undocumented students. The coordinator will also be responsible for conducting programming for undocumented students and the campus community, including UndocuAlly trainings. The salary for this position ranges from $51,500 to $55,000/year.
Here are some of the eligibility requirements:
“- Bachelor’s degree in related area and 3 years of directly related experience, or equivalent experience/training required.
– Master’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training preferred.
– Knowledge of the theories and practice of counseling, learning, human, student and career development required.
– Knowledge of personal growth and development areas, including critical thinking, effective communication, self-appraisal, self-esteem, clarification of values, appropriate career choices, and leadership required.
– Knowledge of the methodologies used to enhance student achievement and learning outcomes required.”
