Aliento, is an organization based in Arizona that provides information, resources, and support to undocumented youth (with and without DACA), as well as members of mixed-status families. As a youth-led organization of people directly impacted and allies, Aliento is committed to investing in the “well-being, emotional healing, and leadership development of those impacted by the inequities of lacking an immigration status.”
Aliento is currently hiring for two positions: a Data and Evaluation Manager, and a Mental Health Project Manager.
The Data and Evaluation Manager will “support the development of new data and evaluation structures to serve our programs long term. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience integrating data and storytelling, and have a background in data management and analysis.”
The Cultiva [Mental Health] Project Manager will “support our Mental Health programming. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, experience in project management, and a background in community outreach and arts programming.”
