UndocuGrads National Network

Join the UndocuGrads National Network by filling out the form below.

When I was first applying to graduate school in 2010, I soon realized that I was not alone. I reached out to several undocumented graduate students who guided and supported me throughout the application process. With the help of an entire community, in 2011, I enrolled at San Diego State University to pursue my Master’s degree in Sociology. Fast-forward to four years later, and I am in my third year of doctoral study at Harvard University. It has taken the support of many to apply, and navigate, graduate school as an undocumented student. That is why, I am excited to share with you all that Diana Valdivia (former undocumented grad student and current counselor for undocumented students at UC Merced) and I have created a national network for prospective, current, and former undocumented graduate students!

It is our hope that this network will serve as the space to:

– Connect with fellow prospective/current/former undocumented grad school students across the country
– Share/receive helpful information and resources such as scholarships, internships, fellowships, programs, and much more
– Be part of a growing safe and support network
– Work together to increase the number of undocumented students applying to and completing graduate/med/law school

If you are a prospective, current, or former undocumented graduate/med/law student, please consider joining by filling out the form below.

If you have any questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at:  mydocumentedlife@gmail.com

We look forward to connecting with you!
