Rutgers University is hiring an Assistant Director to work with undocumented students. The Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of programs and services offered by the Intercultural Resource Center to engage and support undocumented students, as well as students from mixed-status families, at Rutgers University-Newark.”
This is a full time position. Salary ranges from $52,557 (minimum) to $78,326 (maximum).
Here are the minimum education and experience requirements:
- “Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of program design and execution, coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach.
- Also requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function that includes coordination of work and management of people; good communication skills; and computer literacy.”
