The key responsibilities for this position include the following:
- “Program Development and Student Success – Assist with coordination of resources for undocumented students and staff, faculty, and administrators with information about the CSULB campus and available services and programs. Coordinate and implement programs and services designed to address the needs of the diverse campus community members and the mission of the Dream Success Center.
- Student Success Coaching – Serve as the Dream.US Scholar Advisor to all scholarship recipients, organizes the scholarship’s administrative process, and works directly with financial aid to ensure their monies are distributed each semester. Coach and advise students on concerns related to interpersonal issues, academic concerns, career interests and identity development.”
