Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance Scholarship: Open to Undocumented Students in Indiana with and without DACA or TPS

The Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance (IUYA) is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering immigrants to pursue higher education and advocate for just and humane policies affecting undocumented families. Their mission involves organizing at local and statewide levels, providing resources for undocumented students and their families, and fostering alliances with other advocacy organizations. IUYA is currently accepting applications for its scholarship opportunity. This scholarship is designed to alleviate financial barriers for those pursuing higher education. Scholarship recipients will be awarded $2,500 for the academic year.
Here are the eligibility requirements:
“Must be an undocumented individual residing in Indiana.
Must demonstrate financial need.
Must provide proof of academic enrollment at an institution in Indiana by July 1, 2024.”
The deadline for this scholarship opportunity is March 16th, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
