The program will be June 26-July 1, 2016 and travel, housing, food, and course materials are covered.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must be a rising junior or senior in a degree-granting program at a U.S. college or university during the summer of 2016
- Applicant must be from a racial or ethnic group that is under-represented in the discipline of history or in the history graduate program at Penn State
- Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Applicant must have a strong interest in pursuing a PhD in history
The deadline to apply is February 15, 2016.
