2026 Point Community College Scholarship: Open to Undocumented LGBTQ Students in Community College

The Point Foundation is currently accepting applications for its annual Community College Scholarship program! This scholarship opportunity offers financial assistance, mentoring, leadership development, and support with the transfer process. Awards range from $2,400 per semester or $4,800 per academic year.

Here are the eligibility requirements:

  • “A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
  • At least half-time enrollment with the intention to enroll for the full academic year in an associate program and/or transfer to a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited, not-for-profit four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Connection and commitment to the LGBTQ+ and ally community.
  • If previously awarded a Point Scholarship, applicants must have exited their former program with active status.
  • Must be at least a senior in high school.”

The deadline to apply is April 9, 2026 at 5:00pm PST / 8:00pm EST
