Being a resident in the state of Missouri has left me with little to not help in attending college. I am not eligible to obtain in-state tuition as well as federal aid. Many scholarships also require me to be a U.S citizen or live in a specific state. I believe that I am a brilliant student that is obtain to obtain the same advantages than those who are U.S citizen.
