The University of California, Riverside (UCR) has created a Book Grant to help undocumented students obtain the books they need for their classes. If UCR’s Undocumented Student Program already has the textbook you need, you can borrow it from their Lending Library. If they don’t have the textbook you need and you are selected for the book grant, you will receive an award for the cost of your textbook(s). You can list up to 6 books.
To be eligible for a book grant, you must:
– Be a current student at the University of California, Riverside
– Be AB 540 eligible
– Applied for the CA DREAM Act
– Complete the RDREAM Scholarship application
The deadline to apply is January 6, 2016.
