Job Opportunity: Dream Success Center, Director, at CSU Long Beach

The Dream Success Center at CSU Long Beach is currently hiring a Director to develop and implement programming in support of undocumented students. The Director will also be responsible for providing “comprehensive and holistic range of retention services (e.g. advising, programming, advocacy, etc.) for the Dream Success Center students.”

Here are the education and experience requirements for this opportunity:

  • “Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in higher education or equivalent with upper or graduate coursework in counseling, human relations, or a related field and four years of professional experience in one of the student services program area required.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience and/or direct community involvement with undocumented and/or immigrant groups.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in higher education, student affairs administration, counseling, education, student development, leadership or related field is highly preferred.”
