The Higher Education for AB540 Students (HEFAS) (at De Anza College, a community college in California) is proud to announce our 7th Annual Summit on June 4th and June 5th. This year’s summit will center issues of “current systems of oppression, police brutality, and hate experienced by communities who are undocumented, Asian American, Black, and youth.” At the summit, “participants will have the opportunity to hear from current leaders, learn about ongoing work, and engage with others. Ultimately, our goal is to stand in solidarity and provide participants with information, resources, and a call to action to join the movement.”
Title of Summit: United We Are Stronger: We Are Not Free Until We Are All Free
Dates: June 4th, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
