The Dreamer Success Center at San Joaquin Delta College, a college in Stockton, California, presents the 2023 DREAM conference. 

“Join us in person to learn about the opportunities and resources available for undocumented high school and college students, parents, educators, and allies. We will have free food, free parking, and raffle prizes.”
