March 2023 Wellness Groups for Undocumented Communities with Immigrants Rising

Immigrants Rising’s Wellness Support Groups are created for undocumented people to feel grounded and find community. Led by trained mental health providers, these groups will meet for 6 consecutive weeks in a closed (confidential) group setting with 10-12 participants.

In March, Immigrants Rising is offering the following groups:

Black & Undocumented Support Group (with Akiah Robinson Selwa, LMFT) on Thursdays at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET

UndocuLatinx Support Group (with Stephanie del Chiaro, LMFT) on Wednesdays at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET

UndocuLatinx Support Group (with Jose Perez, LMFT) on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET

UndocuLGBTQ+ Support Group (with Mayra Jimenez, LMFT) on Tuesdays at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET

Undocuwomen Support Group (with Huyen “Kiki” Vo, LCSW) on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. PT / 9:30 p.m. ET

Undocuwomen Support Group (with Lina Hannigan, Ph.D.) on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET

Formerly Undocumented Support Group (with Muriel Casamayor, LMFT) on Fridays at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET
