The DREAM Program at Mt. San Antonio College is hiring a director to provide “administrative supervision and overall direction for the day-to-day operations of the DREAM program, which serves dream undocumented (Dream) students.” This is a full-time position. Salary is $93,192 – $105,684 annually
Minimal qualifications include:
- “Equivalent a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related field of education; and a minimum of (2) full-time equivalent years management and/or administrative experience in developing, implementing, and managing a program or program for high-risk student populations.
- Documented successful experience working with low income, first generation, and ethnically diverse youth and students.”
