Wellness Support Groups for Undocumented Communities Hosted by Immigrants Rising

“Led by trained mental health providers, Immigrants Rising’s Wellness Support Groups are designed to help undocumented people feel less alone and more understood. These groups will meet for 6 consecutive weeks in a closed (confidential) group setting where participants can feel grounded, find community, and share their unique experiences, challenges, and successes with one another.”

There are six support groups:
Black and Undocumented
UndocuLatinx
Undocuwomen
UndocuLGBTQ*
Outside the U.S.
Formerly Undocumented

Groups begin the first week of November. Register early to secure your spot!
