Job Opportunity: Work with undocumented/DACAmented students at Rutgers University as the Assistant Director of the Intercultural Resource Center

The Intercultural Resource Center at Rutgers University is currently looking for an Assistant Director who will work directly with undocumented and DACAmented students, as well as students from mixed-status families (i.e., where at least one member is undocumented). They will work under the supervision of the Director to provide programs and support services to students, including workshops, mentoring opportunities, community-building activities, and more. The annual salary range for this position is $63,518-$94,659

The preferred qualifications for this job opening include:

  • “Master’s degree in social work, counseling, education, student affairs, conflict resolution or related field.
  • Experience in working and advocating for Undocumented students.
  • Experience working directly with Undocumented students.
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience in student affairs”
